If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed but has not been shipped yet, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee, plus applicable credit card / billing processing fees. Exceptions to this policy are solely at the discretion of HCR Innovations and will depend on the situation and how quickly you notify us of the cancellation. No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Exceptions to this rule are red label / expedited orders which will incur an addition expedite fee. Depending on your order, some products will incur a processing delay, for example Rife Sensor Blocks which have to be assembled then shipped. Typically we note the average processing time on these products on the product page. Products we resell may have a shipping and/or processing delay from the manufacturer which is out of our control.
Your billing and shipping address must be the same, no drop shipments without approval by HCR Innovations Staff.
Our shipping fees are based on orders within the continental United States, orders shipped to other locations will incur additional fees which will need to be processed manually.

All Products sold by HCR Innovations are for Off-Road Use Only. Any performance modifications and installations made are at the customer’s own risk. HCR Innovations has no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance part. Items sold for off-road use only may be illegal for road use in some states or provinces and are in intended for off-road racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.
By purchasing any of our products we manufacture or resell, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that HCR Innovations holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
The buyer acknowledges that HCR Innovations has made him or her aware that these products are intended for off-road or racetrack use, only.
Damaged Merchandise and Shipment Shortages
Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Products shipped from HCR Innovations are inspected prior to shipment and we make all effort to package it securely. All shipments are F.O.B. Pelzer, SC . It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment completely, while the shipping driver is present, and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to HCR Innovations. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer. We can assist with the filing of any damage claims.
If a shortage is found within the shipment, it must be reported to HCR Innovations within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment. Claims should refer to the invoice number, date of invoice, date of shipment, part number and description. We will not be responsible for damages or losses reported after the 5 business day period.
In the event of a pricing error on this website or in other advertisements, HCR Innovations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to such pricing errors.
All orders must be paid in full and payment received before the order will be shipped.
